These terms cover the consulting and website care services provided by Joe Bond Consulting ("we", "us"), based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the text message support line we operate for our clients. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Text message support line
Program name: Joe Bond Consulting Support.
What it is: a two-way text message line that clients on a website care plan use to send us website change requests and support questions. We reply with a confirmation that we received the request, status updates while the work is done, and a notice when it is complete. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this line.
Consent: you consent to receive text messages from Joe Bond Consulting about your requests when you text the support line, or when you agree to a care plan that names the support line as the support contact. Consent to this text message program is specific to this program and is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your consent and phone number are used only for this program.
Message frequency: varies with the requests you send. Most clients receive a few messages per request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, text the line.

Your information: we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.
Services
The scope, price, and term of consulting and website care work are set out in the written proposal or care agreement you accept. Where those documents and these terms differ, the agreement you accepted governs.
Website content you provide remains yours. Work product we deliver under a care plan belongs to you once paid for, and you may take it with you if you end the plan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the support line after a change means you accept the updated terms.
